Homestack is a B2B wholesale supplier of electric kitchen appliances based in Malaysia.

2. Orders & Payment
- All orders require a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 10 units per item.
- Prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are exclusive of shipping fees unless stated otherwise.
- Payment must be made in full before order processing, unless otherwise agreed for approved business accounts.

3. Shipping & Deliver.

- Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers (Ninja Van, SKYNET, DHL, POSLAJU).
- Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.

4. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 15 days of receipt in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

5. Product Information
We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. We reserve the right to correct any errors and are not liable for minor variations.

6. Intellectual Property

7. Limitation of Liability
